SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items are made-to-order and shipped from facilities within the United States. Production typically takes 2-7 business days, followed by standard shipping of about 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of ordering at ogbabyboutique123@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. We can't guarantee a fix after production has started.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because each item is custom-made for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.
