Refund policy

All of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, meaning each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you, and there is no need to send the item back.

Wrong size or color ordered: Since each item is custom-produced for your order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in these cases. Please double check sizing charts carefully before ordering.
